The Admission Process
Follow these steps in order. Each step unlocks on the portal once the previous one is complete.

Step 1
Register an account
Create an applicant account with a valid email address and phone number.

Verify your email
Open the verification link sent to your email to activate your account.

Step 3
Complete your profile
Fill in your personal, academic and professional details accurately. Your profile locks once the application is submitted.

Submit your application
Review your details and submit. An application number is issued on submission.

Step 5
Pay the application fee
Pay the application fee via bKash before the payment deadline. Unpaid applications are excluded from the exam roll.

Step 6
Download your admit card
Once published, download and print your admit card for the admission test.

Step 7
Sit the admission test & viva
Attend the written test on the scheduled date. Shortlisted candidates attend the viva voce.

Step 8
Check your result
Results are published with your merit position. Selected candidates proceed to enrolment.

Step 9
Pay the seat fee & choose subjects
Selected candidates pay the seat fee and rank their preferred subjects before the deadline. Missing it forfeits your admission.

Step 10
Receive your subject
Subjects are allocated by merit and preference. Your assigned subject is published on the portal.

Step 11
Confirm your admission
Pay the admission fee to finalise your admission and secure your seat in the programme.

Fees & How to Pay
All payments are made online through bKash from your applicant portal. A receipt is issued for every successful payment and can be downloaded any time.
Application Fee
৳ 2,500
Paid when submitting your application.
Seat Fee
৳ 500
Paid after selection to confirm your seat.
Admission Fee
৳ 12,000
Paid after subject allocation to confirm admission.
How to pay with bKash
- 1 On the relevant portal page, tap "Pay via bKash".
- 2 You are redirected to the secure bKash checkout page.
- 3 Complete the payment with your bKash account.
- 4 You return to the portal and your status updates automatically.
- 5 Download your receipt from the Payments page at any time.
Before you start
Documents You Will Need
Keep digital copies ready before applying. Originals are verified at the viva voce.
- Recent passport-size photograph (clear, formal).
- All academic certificates and transcripts.
- National ID card (or passport / birth certificate).
- Proof of professional experience, if claiming experience points.
- A valid bKash account for payments.

Important Rules
Mind the deadlines
Each fee and the subject choice have a deadline. Missing a deadline rejects your application — there is no way to proceed afterwards.
Accurate information
Provide correct details and genuine documents. False information leads to cancellation at any stage.
Seat fee and subject choice together
Selected candidates must both pay the seat fee and rank a subject within the window. Doing only one is not enough.
Admission is final on payment
Your admission is confirmed only after the admission fee is paid following subject allocation.
