Program Overview
The Masters of Professional Human Resource Management is a program for working professionals that concentrates on one field: how organizations plan, develop, reward and relate to their people.
Offered by the Department of Management, Faculty of Business Studies, University of Dhaka, it runs over two years and four semesters. Students complete 16 courses and a dissertation.

Program Structure
Each course carries three credit hours. The dissertation completes the degree.

The academic year has two semesters, January to June and July to December. Students take between two and four courses in a semester. Each course meets once a week for a class of two and a half hours, with 18 classes in a semester.
The degree is awarded on completing 51 credit hours with a minimum CGPA of 2.50 and no F grade in any course, within a maximum of six consecutive academic years.

Admission
Graduates in any discipline with at least two years of work experience may apply.
Selection is based on a written test, a viva-voce examination, previous academic results and work experience.
